The Gadsden County Development Council is pleased to host a Regional Forum on the Value of Apprenticeships. Please join us for lunch on:

This informative program will feature local businesses, workforce development, and educational leadership, who will discuss apprenticeship activity and opportunities within Gadsden County.
Apprenticeship specialists from CareerSource Florida and the Florida Department of Education will join a panel with our own Dr. Sylvia Jackson from the Gadsden Technical Institute.
The panel will be moderated by Jim McShane, MPA, CEO of CareerSource Capital Region.
We will also hear testimonials from GTI students actively enrolled in apprenticeships with local employers. This talent development resource is under-utilized and the GCDC seeks to expand this opportunity for our citizens and local businesses.
This forum will replace the monthly meeting of the GCDC Board of Directors, typically held the second Tuesday of the month. Please reference the online calendar regularly.
